At Blossamin, your safety, dignity, and peace of mind are not just priorities — they are the foundation of everything we do. These guidelines exist to protect you, our therapists, and the sacred trust you place in us every time you walk through our doors.

Our Sacred Privacy Promise
We believe a spa experience should be a sanctuary of complete peace. From the moment you enter until long after you leave, your privacy is treated as inviolable. We will never disturb you during your therapy, and we will never contact you after your session unless you reach out to us first. Your visit remains entirely your space, your time, and your choice.
◈ Silent Therapy Rooms: No interruptions, no announcements, no disturbances. Your session is a sealed sanctuary.
◈ Zero Post-Session Contact: We do not call, message, or email you after your visit. You control all communication.
◈ No Data Sharing: Your personal information is never sold, shared, or marketed to third parties.
◈ Discreet Billing: All transactions appear under neutral, professional descriptors to protect your discretion.
01. Right to Admit, Refuse & Terminate Service
"Every guest who enters Blossamin is welcomed as family. But like any family home, we reserve the right to protect our space and the people within it."
Blossamin Spa reserves the sole and absolute right to admit or refuse entry to any person, and to offer or decline any therapy, without being required to provide a reason. This is not exclusion — it is protection. Protection of our therapists, our guests, and the integrity of the healing environment we have cultivated since 2011.
Spa therapies are offered only to medically fit persons aged 18 years and above. For guests below 18 years of age, entry and therapy are permitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains on the premises for the entire duration of the visit. The guardian must present a valid government-issued ID and sign a Parental Consent & Liability Waiver before any service begins.
◈ Your Safety, Our Decision
The decision of the Spa Manager, Duty Manager, or Senior Therapist regarding a guest's fitness, eligibility, or conduct is final and binding. We reserve the legal right to refuse service, shorten a session, or terminate a therapy mid-procedure if the guest's health, behavior, or state of intoxication warrants such action. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to guest misconduct or non-disclosure of health conditions.
02. Therapist Gender & Assignment Policy
Respect for our therapists is respect for the craft itself. Every professional at Blossamin is trained, certified, and valued beyond measure.
Blossamin maintains a professional therapist assignment system. Depending on the location and service type, we operate under either a same-gender therapist policy or a cross-gender therapist policy based on guest preference and availability.
Guests are strongly advised to confirm the therapist gender policy at their specific branch at the time of booking if they have a clear preference. While reasonable effort will be made to accommodate specific therapist requests for members and repeat guests, no assurance is guaranteed — assignments are subject to roster availability, staff schedules, and operational requirements.
✦ A Gentle Note on Professional Boundaries
Once a therapy session has commenced, therapist gender requests cannot be changed mid-session. Any discomfort or concern must be raised with the Spa Manager immediately via the reception intercom or room call-bell. Our therapists are here to heal, not to endure discomfort. We ask that you honor their professionalism as they honor your wellness.
03. Privacy, Draping & Therapy Room Protocol
Your dignity is not negotiable. It is the invisible architecture of every room, every touch, and every moment at Blossamin.
Your dignity and privacy are paramount. The following protocols are non-negotiable and apply to every therapy:
Disposable undergarments are mandatory for all body therapies. These are provided fresh for every guest and disposed of immediately after use.
Private parts must remain fully covered with the provided disposable undergarments and draping towels at all times during the therapy.
Therapist Exit Protocol: The therapist will exit the therapy room before you begin changing. They will knock and await your verbal confirmation ("Yes, I'm ready") before re-entering. Do not open the door until fully draped.
Door Policy: Therapy room doors are self-closing, contain no internal locks or latches, and are constructed of clear observation-grade glass for safety and transparency compliance. The door may not be obstructed or covered by towels, clothing, or any object during the session.
Silence Protocol: Therapy rooms are designated silent zones. Mobile phones must be switched off or placed on silent mode and stored in the guest locker before entering.
Conversation: Dialogue should be limited to therapy-related feedback, pressure preferences, or comfort checks. Personal questions to the therapist are discouraged.

Our clear observation-grade doors exist to protect both you and your therapist. They ensure transparency, deter misconduct, and provide immediate visual access in case of medical emergencies. This is not a compromise of privacy — it is an enhancement of collective safety. Your body remains fully draped at all times; only the assurance of safety is visible.
04. Prohibited Items & Zero-Tolerance Policy
A healing space must remain pure. These restrictions exist not to police our guests, but to preserve the sanctity of wellness for everyone.
For the safety, hygiene, and legal integrity of our premises, the following items are strictly prohibited:
✦ Bag Inspection Notice
We reserve the right to inspect bags, purses, and backpacks at the reception desk upon entry. Refusal to cooperate will result in denied entry. We ask for your understanding — this brief moment of cooperation ensures hours of uninterrupted safety for everyone inside.
05. Photography, Videography & Recording
The most precious moments of wellness cannot be captured by a camera — only by the heart. We ask that you leave all recording devices behind.
Photography and videography of any kind are strictly forbidden inside Blossamin premises. This includes:
Photographing or filming therapists, reception staff, or management
Recording other guests
Filming therapy rooms, corridors, locker areas, or product displays
Live streaming or video calls from inside the premises
All mobile phones and smart devices must be switched to silent mode and stored in guest lockers before entering the therapy zone. If you need to take an urgent call, please step out to the reception or designated waiting area.
◈ Protecting Our Therapists' Dignity
Our therapists come from families and communities. A single unauthorized photograph can destroy a career, a reputation, and a life. Your compliance with this policy is not just a rule — it is an act of human decency.
06. No Personal Contact Exchange with Staff
The relationship between therapist and guest is sacred, professional, and bounded by the spa walls. We protect this boundary fiercely — for the wellbeing of both sides.
To maintain professional boundaries and protect both guests and therapists, exchanging personal contact information is strictly prohibited. This includes:
All scheduling, rescheduling, feedback, and communication must be routed exclusively through the reception desk or official booking channels. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the session, permanent blacklisting, and potential legal action if harassment is involved.

Social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.)
Email addresses
Personal meeting arrangements outside the spa
We Respect Your Boundaries, Too
Just as we protect our therapists from unwanted contact, we extend the same protection to you. We will never contact you after your session unless you contact us first. No follow-up calls, no promotional messages, no "check-ins." Your visit is complete when you walk out the door — and your peace remains entirely yours.
07. Health Disclosure & Medical Contraindications
Honesty about your health is the greatest gift you can give yourself during a therapy session. We are not here to judge — we are here to keep you safe.
Full disclosure of your health status is mandatory before every therapy. You must inform the receptionist and therapist of:
Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
Recent surgeries (within 6 months)
Heart conditions, high blood pressure, or circulatory disorders
Skin infections, contagious diseases, open wounds, or severe acne
Allergies to oils, nuts, fragrances, or latex
Chronic conditions (diabetes, epilepsy, cancer, etc.)
Current medications, especially blood thinners or pain medication
History of blood clots or varicose veins
ZERO TOLERANCE: Non-Disclosure Liability
If you fail to disclose a condition and suffer an adverse reaction, Blossamin bears no liability. Certain therapies are contraindicated for specific conditions; our staff will advise alternatives or decline service if risks are identified. We would rather turn away a booking than risk your health.
08. Medical Advice Disclaimer
We heal the body through touch. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. Please never confuse our care with clinical medicine.
Any advice, recommendation, or wellness guidance provided by our Spa Doctor, Guest Health Counsellor, or therapists is for general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician, specialist, or healthcare provider.
Guests are required to cross-check all recommendations relating to exercise, diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes with their personal doctor before implementation. Blossamin assumes no liability for health outcomes resulting from guest failure to seek independent medical advice.
09. Therapy Customization & Duration
Every therapy at Blossamin is the result of years of training, research, and refinement. Trust the protocol — it was designed for your maximum benefit.
The duration, technique, sequence, and materials used for every therapy are scientifically pre-determined by our technical training department. While our therapists will adjust pressure and temperature within safe limits upon request, fundamental modifications to the protocol are not permitted.
Therapy durations are fixed (e.g., 60 min, 90 min).
No "extra time" can be added to a booked slot without a new booking.
Therapists cannot deviate from approved oil blends or techniques.
10. Spa Menu, Pricing & Modifications
Transparency in pricing is transparency in character. What you see is what you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
Our spa menu and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Guests are required to confirm current prices with the reception desk before booking.
Prices displayed on third-party websites, old brochures, or past invoices may not reflect current rates.
Blossamin reserves the right to introduce seasonal therapies, discontinue services, or modify packages without advance notification.
11. Appointments, Punctuality & Late Arrivals
Time is the one currency we all share equally. We honor your time by never double-booking; we ask that you honor ours by arriving promptly.
Advance Booking: Appointments are subject to availability. We strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially for weekends and peak hours.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete check-in, health disclosure, and locker assignment.
✦ Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to: (1) Shorten the therapy duration to fit the remaining time (full price applies), OR (2) Substitute the therapy with a shorter-duration alternative, OR (3) Cancel the appointment and charge a no-show fee. This policy ensures that subsequent appointments are not delayed. We promise never to rush your session because of someone else's lateness — and we ask the same courtesy in return.
12. Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling
We understand that life intervenes. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you while respecting the time our therapists set aside exclusively for your care.
All cancellations must be made via phone call to the branch or through your official booking channel. WhatsApp messages to personal numbers are not accepted as official cancellation.
13. Payment Terms
Clean transactions reflect clean intentions. We accept multiple payment modes for your convenience.
Full payment is due at the reception desk before or immediately after the service.
Accepted modes: UPI, Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and approved Digital Wallets.
No credit, deferred payment, or post-dated checks are accepted.
GST is charged as applicable and included in the displayed price.
Tips/gratuities for therapists are voluntary and must be handed to the therapist directly or placed in the designated tip box at reception. Tips given to reception will be distributed transparently.
14. Personal Belongings, Lockers & Lost Items
Travel light, travel free. The less you bring, the less you worry — and the more fully you can surrender to the experience.
Responsibility for personal belongings rests entirely with the guest. Blossamin accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
Each therapy room is equipped with a guest locker. Please place all valuables, jewelry, wallets, and electronic devices inside and retain the key with you throughout your visit.
Do not bring high-value items to the spa if possible.
If you lose a locker key, a ₹500 replacement fee will be charged.
Unclaimed items left behind will be held for 7 days, after which they will be donated or disposed of.
15. Inappropriate Behavior, Sexual Harassment & Blacklisting
A single act of disrespect can undo years of trust. We will not allow it. Not once. Not ever.
Blossamin maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate conduct. Our therapists reserve the absolute right to stop any therapy at any point if a guest exhibits:
Sexual advances, requests, or innuendos
Inappropriate touching, gesturing, or exposure
Verbal abuse, threats, or racial/caste discrimination
Refusal to follow draping or privacy protocols
Recording or attempting to record staff
ZERO TOLERANCE: Consequences of Misconduct
Immediate termination of the session without refund. Permanent blacklisting from all Blossamin branches. Reporting to local law enforcement if criminal conduct is involved. Publication of the guest's name and photo to our internal security network (where legally permitted). We do not enjoy enforcing these measures — but we will not hesitate to protect our family.
16. Intoxication & Substance Use
Wellness and intoxication cannot coexist. We welcome you wholeheartedly — but only when you are fully present in body and mind.
Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance will be denied entry and refused service. We reserve the legal right to refuse service to intoxicated persons under Indian law. No refund will be provided for pre-paid services in such cases.
If a guest becomes intoxicated during their visit, they will be asked to leave immediately. We will assist in arranging safe transport, but the guest assumes full liability for their condition.

If you are struggling with substance use, we do not judge you — but we cannot serve you while you are under the influence. Your safety and our therapists' safety depend on clear consciousness. We encourage you to seek help, and we welcome you back when you are sober and ready to heal.
17. CCTV, Security & Data Privacy
We watch over our public spaces so you can close your eyes in peace during your therapy. Surveillance is limited, purposeful, and never intrusive.
CCTV cameras are operational in the reception area, waiting lounge, corridors, and product storage areas for the security of guests and staff.
Cameras are NOT installed inside therapy rooms or locker/changing areas.
Footage is retained for 90 days and accessed only by authorized management or law enforcement with valid legal orders.
Guest personal data (name, phone, ID proof, health disclosures) is collected solely for service delivery and legal compliance. We do not sell or share guest data with third parties for marketing.
By visiting Blossamin, you consent to CCTV recording in public areas of the premises.

We collect only what the law requires and what your safety demands. We do not build profiles, we do not share with marketers, and we do not retain longer than necessary. Your information is stored with the same care we give your body during therapy.
18. Force Majeure & Operational Interruptions
Some forces are beyond even our control. When they arise, we promise honesty, fairness, and every effort to make things right.
Blossamin is not liable for service delays, cancellations, or inability to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, pre-paid appointments will be rescheduled or credited; refunds will be issued at management's discretion.
Power outages or infrastructure failures
Natural disasters, strikes, or civil unrest
Government orders, police actions, or regulatory inspections
Pandemic-related restrictions
19. Feedback, Complaints & Grievance Redressal
Every complaint is a gift. It tells us where we have failed so we can rise again. We listen with humility and act with urgency.
We value your feedback and take all complaints seriously.
Feedback: Please share your experience via the feedback tablet at reception or through our official email.
Complaints: Any grievance regarding hygiene, service quality, therapist conduct, or billing must be submitted in writing to the Spa Manager on duty.
Resolution Timeline: We commit to acknowledging receipt within 24 hours and resolving genuine concerns within 48 hours.
Escalation: If unresolved, complaints may be escalated to the Regional Operations Head.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
We operate under the laws of the land with full transparency and respect for due process.
These rules are governed by the laws of India and the state of Telangana. Any dispute arising from your visit or service at Blossamin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
21. Agreement to Terms
By choosing Blossamin, you are not just booking a therapy — you are entering a covenant of mutual respect, safety, and trust.
By entering Blossamin premises, making a booking, or receiving a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies stated above.
Management reserves the absolute right to update these policies without prior notice. The version in force at the time of your visit shall apply.
