Warm, restorative and deeply grounding – designed for travellers, desk professionals, physically tired guests and minds that have been carrying too much for too long.
BEST FOR: full-body relaxation • muscular relief • travel recovery • physical fatigue • mental overload • medium-to-firm pressure

Some Therapies Should Not Be Rushed.

There are days when tiredness has travelled through the entire body. The shoulders feel loaded, the back has been working quietly for hours, the legs carry the memory of standing or travelling, and even after the day ends, the mind does not fully return to rest. Balinese massage is chosen for this broader state of physical and mental fatigue. Its character comes from a complete sequence: flowing oil strokes, rhythmic kneading, palm and forearm pressure, focused acupressure and gentle stretching working together rather than appearing as disconnected steps. At Blossamin, Balinese Massage is performed only as a 90-minute session. We do not shorten it into a faster version because the body needs time to be prepared, worked through progressively and brought back to calm without compressing the process.

Is Balinese Massage Right for You?

Balinese Massage may suit guests seeking relaxation, muscular relief, recovery from ordinary travel or workload, and emotional decompression. It is not the responsible starting point for severe, sharp, radiating, worsening or unexplained pain, fresh injury, marked swelling or symptoms that require assessment.

Choose Balinese Massage When

You want a complete 90-minute full-body treatment rather than a shortened or single-technique massage.

You feel physically tired from travel, desk work, standing, repeated workload or manageable muscular strain.

You want relaxation and muscular relief within the same warm oil ritual.

You prefer medium-to-firm or firm pressure but want it adjusted according to your body.

You are comfortable with oil, acupressure, palm and forearm work, kneading and gentle stretching.

Pause or Choose Differently When

Pain is severe, sharp, electric, radiating, worsening, unexplained or difficult to bear.

You have a fresh strain, sprain, accident, significant bruising, marked swelling, suspected fracture, numbness or weakness.

You have fever, infection, contagious skin concerns, open wounds or feel acutely unwell.

You recently had surgery or a medical procedure, have a blood-clot concern, bleeding risk or a condition requiring clearance.

You are pregnant, sensitive to oils or aromas, or uncomfortable with acupressure or stretching without first discussing modification.

The Complete Sequence Is the Therapy.

Balinese Massage is not defined by one signature stroke. It moves through a considered sequence of long flowing movements, kneading, palm pressure, forearm work, acupressure and gentle stretching. Each stage prepares the body for the next.

Balinese Massage is offered only for 90 minutes because the complete sequence should not be compressed. Time is required to prepare the body before focused pressure and stretching, and the ritual should end gradually rather than abruptly.

Medium-to-firm does not mean fixed hard pressure. Pressure remains adjustable throughout the session.

What Balinese Massage May Support

Full-Body Relaxation - Warm oil, rhythmic flow and an unhurried sequence may help the body move from continuous demand toward rest.

Muscular Relief - Kneading, acupressure and adjustable palm or forearm work may help manageable muscular tension feel easier for some guests.

Travel and Workload Recovery - A complete body sequence may suit travellers and physically tired guests carrying ordinary stiffness and fatigue after demanding days.

Emotional Decompression - The protected quiet, aroma and predictable rhythm may help some guests feel less mentally crowded and more settled.

How Your Balinese Massage Session Unfolds

01 Consultation & Suitability Check
Your therapist asks how your body feels, whether fatigue is general or localised, your pressure preference, recent travel or physical strain, relevant health information and whether any area should be adapted, avoided or postponed.
You are given privacy to prepare. Inner garments remain on and professional draping is maintained. An approved botanical massage base or Blossamin Balinese-inspired blend is selected according to suitability and aroma preference.
Long, flowing oil strokes begin the treatment and establish a steady rhythm. This opening stage helps prepare the body before more focused techniques are introduced.
Rhythmic kneading and controlled palm or forearm pressure are introduced progressively. Depth may move from medium to firm depending on the area, your comfort and your body’s response.
Focused acupressure and gentle stretching are added only where suitable. Pressure, stretch and technique remain adjustable, and you may ask for less depth or avoidance of an area at any time.
The pace gradually softens so the body is not left feeling abruptly challenged. You receive privacy to dress and a quiet moment to notice whether you feel less heavy, more settled or more physically restored.

Travel fatigue, physical tiredness, manageable muscular strain, mental overload and guests who prefer a fuller multi-technique ritual

90-Minute Balinese Massage - ₹3,499 + 5% GST

The only Balinese Massage duration offered at Blossamin.

Includes consultation, warm oil preparation, flowing strokes, kneading, palm and forearm pressure, acupressure, gentle stretching and a restorative finish.

Ninety minutes protects the sequence from being rushed or reduced to a partial version.

Why There Is No 60-Minute Version

A shorter appointment would force the therapist to compress preparation, focused work, stretching or the calm finish

That would change the character of the therapy and weaken the continuity between its techniques.

Blossamin prefers one complete 90-minute ritual over a shorter treatment carrying only the Balinese name.

Why Blossamin Approaches Balinese Massage Differently

Blossamin does not present Balinese Massage as a collection of impressive techniques performed quickly. The quality depends on sequence, time, pressure judgment, oil handling, draping, communication and the therapist’s ability to move between relaxation and focused work without losing continuity.

At our Thirumalagiri, Secunderabad spa, luxury is expressed through preparation and restraint: a full 90-minute appointment, warm oils, clean fabrics, protected privacy, unhurried transitions and a treatment plan that is not shortened merely to fit a smaller time slot.

A suitable recommendation matters more than completing a sale. When a gentle first massage, highly localised deep work, aroma-led light pressure or oil-free stretching is more appropriate, another therapy may be the better choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you’d want to know before your first visit — and a few things you didn’t think to ask.
What is Balinese massage?
Balinese massage is a full-body oil massage that combines long flowing strokes, kneading, palm and forearm pressure, acupressure and gentle stretching. At Blossamin, these techniques are delivered as one complete 90-minute sequence rather than shortened into separate movements.
The sequence requires time for consultation, preparation, flowing work, focused pressure, gentle stretching and a calm finish. Shortening the appointment would compress the process and change the character of the treatment.
It may include medium-to-firm or firm pressure, but it should not become sharp, frightening or unbearable. Pressure remains adjustable, and the therapist can reduce depth, change technique, avoid an area, pause or stop according to your response.
Blossamin uses an approved botanical massage base and may offer its own Balinese-inspired aromatic blend, selected according to guest preference and suitability. Guests should disclose fragrance, skin or respiratory sensitivities before the session.

It is often suited to travellers, desk professionals, physically tired guests, people carrying manageable muscular strain and those who feel mentally overloaded. Suitability depends on screening, symptoms and individual comfort with oil, pressure and stretching.

No. Severe, sharp, radiating, worsening, unexplained or difficult-to-bear pain, fresh injury, marked swelling, numbness, weakness or recent trauma should not be treated as a reason to choose stronger pressure. Appropriate assessment or postponement may be safer.

Give Your Body the Time the Ritual Requires

Balinese Massage is for the guest who does not want the treatment rushed into a shorter appointment. It allows relaxation, muscular work, pressure, stretching and a restorative finish to exist within one complete sequence.

Ninety minutes. One complete ritual. No rushed sequence.
The ritual is complete only when every stage has the time and care it requires.
